Building Bright Futures: Cotswold Homes Lays Foundations for Safety Learning at Hopton Rise

Cotswold Homes was delighted to welcome pupils from St Joseph’s Primary School in Malmesbury to Hopton Rise for a special health and safety site tour.

The visit gave students the opportunity to learn more about how new homes are built, the importance of health and safety on construction sites, and the many different careers involved in the housebuilding industry.

Sarah Williams, Sales and Marketing Director at Cotswold Homes, said: “It was fantastic to welcome the pupils to Hopton Rise and give them an insight into the housebuilding process. They were so engaging and asked some fantastic questions.

“Educating young people about construction safety is incredibly important, and we hope the visit also inspired some of them to consider future careers within the industry.”

Nick Morrell, Head at St Joseph’s Malmesbury, added: “The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit and found it both educational and engaging. Experiences like this help bring learning to life and give pupils a valuable understanding of the world around them. We are very grateful to Cotswold Homes for taking the time to host us.”

At Cotswold Homes, we are proud to support the communities in which we build and create opportunities for young people to learn more about the industry.

The show home at Hopton Rise is open Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.

Prices start from £420,000.
