WRAPS OFF NEW CHELTENHAM HOMES FOR THIS SUMMER
Mon, 26 February
The wraps will come off plans for the nine three-bedroom homes in an exclusively private development being built by Cotswold Homes in Hatherley’s Alma Road during a launch event being organised by local sales agents Andrews Land & New Homes.
Would-be buyers visiting Andrews’ office at 176 Bath Road in the Leckhampton area of Cheltenham between 10 am and 12 noon on Saturday, March 3, will be able to inspect the plans and specifications for the scheme which has been named Cotswold Grange.
Terri Hayes-Pugh, Cotswold Homes’ head of sales and marketing predicts a big turnout for the event following recent media coverage about Cheltenham’s property market. The town saw the highest percentage rise in house prices of any major UK town or city in 2017 with an increase of 13 per cent on the previous year, according to new research from the lender the Halifax.
Says Sarah Callaghan of Andrews: ‘One benefit for early buyers who reserve a property at Cotswold Grange off-plan is that they can personalise their new homes by choosing from the variety of finishes for kitchens, tiling and flooring we will have on display.’
Also at the launch event independent financial adviser John Beirne will be on hand to explain how buyers can make use of the Help-to-Buy scheme. With the Government’s assistance, it can enable them to buy with a deposit of just five per cent, subject to qualifying.
In addition, Andrews’ staff will explain how buyers can benefit from Cotswold Homes’ popular GameChanger package which, subject to terms and conditions, offers help with moving costs such as estate agency fees or by paying for carpets.
A major factor in the success of Cotswold Homes’ developments across the region is the firm’s no-hidden-extras policy.
